The sailor Adolf Magnusson lived here by the time he was lost at sea on the Norwegian coast. In the end of the 1880's a carpenter named C J Nordström from Brastad moved into this house. He had his workshop here together with Englund's Plater shop. Later on, this place was a pork butcher's shop run by Ernst Winberg.
